Base is made from recycled technopolymer that is rustproof and resists dents and dings. Two ballast ports in the base accept sand or water to withstand winds up to 30–40 mph. Large recessed wheels and nylon loop handle make moving the unit easy. Pole has predrilled holes to accomodate signs 9 x 12″, 24 x 24″ and 12 x 36″.
